I’m sitting up in bed, wearing a pink top, using a red double electric breast pump. The bottles are clear with measurement lines, and I’m holding them as they slowly fill with milk. My chest is bare, the pump cups are snug, and I can see the milk collecting inside. It’s not flashy or dramatic — just me doing what I need to do, quietly, comfortably. The room is calm, the lighting’s soft, and I’m focused on the task. No one’s watching, just me and the pump. It’s a normal, everyday moment — but it feels good to get it out.
